Inflation vayya. I paid 400 few years ago, used Urgent MD

I paid $220 per person to the doctor. 
If any other tests needs to be done.. they will charge your Insurance.

this is correct bro... if your antibody tests all come out positive, you will not need any vaccinations or maybe 1 like tdp if you haven't had that vaccine in the last 10 years. in that case the cost will be in the lower end (think 300-400). In case antibody tests come out negative, you will need vaccinations.. in that case cost can go higher - depending on the vaccines you need, it can go to 600-700.

some saving if the doctor is also your primary care physician.  lekapothe you have to pay up .

costs lot more if you are missing any vaccines

last year for downgrade, i contacted a doctor and she gave the list of vaccinations to be performed. I went to costco with that list, and everything was covered by insurance there.

Find a doctor who gives the reports quickly.. not the one that does it for cheap.. ask if they can give you another copy if required..
