Start the process, 200% filing date 2016 move avvadu... 2014-2015 highest filings untayi mostly 100-200k plus ppl untaru... like last time 2020 downgrade chala mandhi chesaru vallake inka EAD raledu...so same here will happen ..

asking out of curiosity.

With current processing times it is taking 20-24 months to get to i140 stage. What if the Date of Filing gets current.

Can the previous employer start the next step i.e., filing i485 even if the TS continues to work for current employer?

Yes previous employer can file 485 even you dont work with him.
