Ignored health care? Have you seen the indexes on IMR/MMR (infant mortality rates and maternity mortality rates)etc, it gone from the dead end to the best. Institutional deliveries have done up 100%. 

last 70 years Telangana had 3 government and 3 private medical colleges, now they added 17 medical college hospitals and plan to add 15 more in next 2 years(every district will have a medical college hospital)

This twitter handle highlights the number of hospitals built since TRs came to power, there is no comparison
