I agree with @huma that there will be a threat from this movie if distributors/theater owners  could not allocate decent number of screens… RRR north belt lo bisket ayina no wonder… assal media 0 coverage … 0 support from Bollywood ..  ee wood & aa wood ani theda lekunda buyers & theater owners kuda cinema ni thokkali ani try chesaru … result okkokkadi chempa meedha cheppu theesi kottinattu vocchindhi

Are you talking about Kashmir Files? No baa, antha conspiracy yeemi jaragala. Obviously not many thetaers are allocated due to poor planning strategy of the producers (obviously because they are small producers, not very commercial ones).

RRR biscuit avvaalani yendhu wishing baa? SSR cleverly sold it to Karan Johar who can take care of distribution and post-release stuff.

Since 2014, things started to change. Evaru agree aina avvakapoina, SS Rajamouli really helped enhancing the image of SouthIndian cinema in general and Telugu cinema in particular with his BB movies.

Many things went wrong for B-wood like:

1. BJPs tough stand against anti-Hindu, Pseudo-Secular, Khan-dominated Bollywood. On the literature side, BJP successfully made the Award-wapsi gang look like jokers.

2. Both Bahubali movies by SSR.

3. Sushanth's suicide and social media revolt.

4. Covid scenario: People's never ending Search for new entertainment on the Internet.

Many North Indians now realised how good the South movies are and really feel they have been cheated by B-wood since 7 decades.
