Ade ga bada Antha. Ala raise aytey foreclosures start avtay. Because majority of your savings you will be paying for bank interest and taxes even if home prices stabilizes people will l start foreclosures. Because the interest and tax you pay on house will not justify if house prices doesn’t raise
