i prefer less crime rate places and even if its costly place   ...  guns ichi . marijuana kuda icharu..  so better to be at safe places

That’s illogical. You will Pay more property taxes in shittyyyuuu areas of TX compared to rich place in FL. Property taxes are determined by states.

If you are used to one place where you have friends and/or relatives, it is difficult to move to another place just bcoz of  property taxes.. just house konadam kosam bachelors or married couples (without kids) vere state nunchi  Texas ki move avvaru..

Thappadhuuu anna. 15k multiplied 10 years is like 150k with adjusted inflation it’s around 225k saved.  Best of all worlds enjoy seyyaliii anteee you have to do that Adhi kadhuuu idhiii kadhuuu anteee kastammmm.

That is a good argument too.. but I doubt if many people think this way… but I have couple of friends who took houses for low price in areas with not so good schools as they don’t have kids…
