For me the biggest letdown of Starbucks is they serve in the same papercups for the amount they charge

Not plastic... ceramic ... In Europe most coffee shops do that..why not Starbucks ? Exo friendly...same cost... Yes, need dish washer and added labor cost but good in every way. Togo is anyway paper cup
