stratford for gc no issues at all.. only isssue for h1

my frd got gc who had noir for diff issue

My question is I applied for my extension on the last day that’s Jan 25th and noid vachi daniki reply ivvataniki time 218 days ainde coz of covid they gave some extra time to repond. 
and just before I got my rejection I applied for transfer to another company and got receipt too two weeks prior final rejection.

attorney all that time non immigration status invalid ayye chances unnaye antundi.

coz right after NOID she told to get back to CAP or leave the country ani.

ardam avvatledu 270 days time untindi kada when your application is in process, adi ee case ki enduku apply kaadu ani.
