@ForEverJava Actually I am very happy with these increasing rates bro.Buyer demand drastically taggipotundi and  I dont need to pay  million dollar for a 700k home with bidding over asking price.I have saved enough cash to afford 70% down payment on a 500k home.I will happy buy homes at a lower price after one year when supply chain is fixed.Also interest rates forever high lo undavu defintely after 5 years or so taggutayi appudu refinanace chesukovachu.I dont want to be a part of this FOMO at this point of time and make a stupid decision of buying homes at overhyped prices.

Okay good luck bro..first part u learned about rates u leanred..second part rates not going down in big cities u will learn for good quality homes in good school district i mean u learn that also soon..

I dont need to learn lessons about interest rates bro.Actually I work for one the leading mortgage companies so I already knew rates will jump very soon.

I told multiple of my friends to lockin rates by paying a fee for next 6 months to 1 year. Not sure if they did but it will be tough situation while closing homes in next few months.
