I am not misguiding anyone bro.Just na opinion cheptunna.I clearly mentioned that I have saved enough cash to make 70% down payment and waiting for demand to go down and avoid bidding and not worried about interest rates since my loan amount will be very less

read my message properly bro.Demand tagginaka illu konukoni future lo interest rates taginapudu refinance chesukovachu antunna.30 years varaku ave rates untayi ani guarantee ledhu.

demand thaggadam anedhiii undaadhu bro... interest rates thakkkuva unnayee ani sellers avsaaramu lekpoyinaa illu ammesthunnaruuu and donwgrade avthunnnaruuu to make money and buyer 2.5 2.7 interest malli raaavu ani telsu... FED kuda already annadhii pandemic malli vasthe thappa rates thaggavuu ani.. max u can see is around 4% interest min this year and may go high but at the same time market lo illu undaaavuu unnnaaa neeeku low zestimate ki ammmaruuu..

eeee lopalaaa kids ki school lo alresdy joined and no way to transfer them to different good schools....

if school district is thooppp I would suggest buy the house now itself when rates are low.. kids unte matram oka 15 yrs varaaku u will not move ..elem middle and high

think about it... nuvvu evvaro bubble annaru ani avnuu kadha anukovadhhuu.. if your situation needs home go and buy else stay put... but defnt market will not be low esp rates and high home prices for sure coz demands vs supply

@ForEverJava Actually I am very happy with these increasing rates bro.Buyer demand drastically taggipotundi and  I dont need to pay  million dollar for a 700k home with bidding over asking price.I have saved enough cash to afford 70% down payment on a 500k home.I will happy buy homes at a lower price after one year when supply chain is fixed. Also interest rates forever high lo undavu defintely after 5 years or so taggutayi appudu refinanace chesukovachu.I dont want to be a part of this FOMO at this point of time and make a stupid decision of buying homes at overhyped prices.

Well said

I dont know what to say but one of my friend is excited for the new home closing in July but he did not yet lock in the rate. He was waiting from years and just booked house recently at a higher price. Their budget is tight and even if 1% interest rises its going to be a game changer for them.

apartments lo unnollu kuda schools ke pamputunnaru.. It is not worth it to bid the home in the FOMO situation... Its better to rent and save money/invest to make a higher down payment later rather than bidding for homes which are already over priced.
