AP can no longer blame TG for its problems given the way AP is doing gross mismanagement of funds and revenues.. TG is taking loans and investing in infrastructure and development… which is generating more revenue for them… good for them.. 

whereas AP is taking loans and distributing it to people in the name of schemes and vote bank politics… even after increasing the taxes multifold on everything  and selling more liquor, they are not able to generate enough revenue… and they are borrowing more and more even on future revenues…

imagine if the 2 lakh crores of loans they took in the last 2-3 years was spent on development and infrastructure… giving incentives to companies to setup shop in AP..

Yes you could say AP faced the burnt of it's own corruption and that's slowly becoming a thing of past (people are questioning).
