Any body got Adhaar card in India without Indian passport

You need to have local address proof , Overseas passport and some proof that you are in India for 182+ days.

your father or mother or grand father can give letter saying you are born and brought up india and working and living in this address ani. ee letter unte enough. you don't need any address proof other than that letter. i did it in 2017. you can do same. local ga MRO office daggara kanukko. details cheptharu.

I didn’t submit Proof of 182+ days….kothaga Emaina rules change ayyayo theleedu and I got it in 2017

I got it within first week of landing. Officer asked me 6 months stay must be there but i am excusing you 😂

this was in novmbr

Bank statatement address proof will work .

Please check in the list of adress proofs accepted,   if they still allow Bank statement 

And also there are many agents for this.  But address proof is must. I did through agent.

I should have done this, but they may be more strict as I don't have Indian passport

 Try with agent then. I gave my PAN card as Identity proof Not passport(Note: I am not Not US citizen). 

From google:

Aadhaar Card enrolment is presently available to residents in India. OCI Cardholders who stay in India for a long time (over 182 days in twelve months immediately preceding the date of application for enrolment) and have an Indian address can also enroll for Aadhaar Card in India.

Exactly... My issue is 182 days stay...I want to get it as NRI .

182 days vuntey Resident avutaarura erri pooooooka ani anu bro vallani.. i recently got it.. these are the list of documents allowed for address proof.. look under address proof.. I submitted bank statement and pass book (one is enough).. NRI ani cheppaku.. paisal denggtunnaru.. inni rojulu enduku ledu ani pettanam tho adugutaaru.. don't answer.. meeku anavasaram anu..

adi old rule.. they later opened it up for NRIs as well.. nenu five months back teesukunna..
