How to get sound 7 to 8 hrs of sleep??

Go for a walk in the evening. 

Before sleeping, apply pure coconut oil to your feet and face. Make sure the oil is organic, cold pressed. 

I had this problem a couple of years back. Now sleeping very peacefully. Of course, ee 2 years lo life changed a lot and I much peaceful now. Stress is main problem for lack of sleep.

Reduce screen time and read good book before going to bed.

Read paper book not on phone/tablet.

Keep  meditation music on bluetooth speakers   . Dont use headphones.

Exercise.

1 hr workout daily cheyye.. 30mins running and 30 mins weights ala. It will help u with sleep but there might be other issues with u like stress or health issues.. see Doc first , 3hrs is pretty bad

Sleep ki kuda doctors untaru bro, try them. Nee physician will suggest and refer. Sleep apnea and other things meda chustharu
