Some info needed on Tavant

Hello there, one of my friends located in Netherlands has got an interview call with Tavant for a Senior Dev role (Scala/Java/JavaScript)

They are saying that its a Global Role and does not require any type of US Visa.  Do this kind of roles really exist? They are saying that there will be three rounds.

What to expect? Whats the pay range they pay? They confirmed that they will pay in the Local currency of Netherlands/Swiss/Germany.
