VFX in India is increasing independtly ... without concerns... because Cinema started pouring money into CG to bring more aggresive creative technology and templates .. to make the movie grandier... 

event the Radheshyam has good CG ... 

we get improved dont worry... 

its about the resourcesss we have not that we are lacking of talent

Radheshyam CG is done in around 12 countries . most of the big budget VFX is done by hollywood studios , still vallu chesina kooda manam iche budget ki  edo naam ke vaasthe chesthunnaru and quality kooda not so great

Inka mana indian animations or vfx are best in 2D but not 3D , so India independent ga quality VFX cheyalante it will take 5 to 10 years
