Naa GC AOS applied in Oct 2021 under Eb3.

 

Now my wife PD is current. Her I-140 is in EB2.

 

Naa lawyer I140 Upgrade cheddam and file 485j file cheddam ani anutundi.

 

Naku vere job vachindi. So I want to change job.

 

Can my wife apply AOS under EB2 and can I continue with EB3 and have two petitions concurrently? Will it cause any issues with two AOS filed concurrently?

 

Experts please help.

No issues some very rare company lawyers tell you already have aos but great time to take advantage by filing both imo
