Hey my old employer is willing to file for GC if it becomes current. 2015  jan Pd which was filed long time back.

in my second job they will not file 485 if I am not with them , I have a new job in a big role where I am planning to move.

Now if I have my old employer file for me and after 6 months of reciept can I move that to new employer ?

should I go back and work for old employer ? Even after I move 485 application

I heard you have to have good faith work for citizenship ?

I don’t want to miss this golden opportunity that I have in hand

Gc or job? Decide first

I would choose GC first coz its around the corner.

My old employer will file for it even if I don’t work for him now and work for him in the future
