Gym goers and healthy living people

Hey I have been doing strength training for 8 weeks now , built good shape 

I have a group of friends and lately started playing tennis and pickle ball and volley ball for the last 6 month 

I am addicted to gym so not able to stop doing weights and exercise everyday 

In my rest day I am playing tennis and other sports after 30 days I injured my calf muscle 

 

so question , I am unable to stop weight training. 
 

how are you guys managing weight training and sport together 

Do you play sports and do weights same day ? 
 

I just don’t want to be injured again and looking to see if should avoid playing sports when I lift

What I've understand from my readings is - You must not include weight + cardio (it may be too much for body). Its not the same case for everyone though. You've to look for the calories intake + calorie burn... the difference shouldn't be more than 500-600 (to loose weight). 

Proteins would play role in building muscle.

For every 2 day workout give a day complete rest to body. Play No other sports

Heavy Weight lifting and high activity sports don’t go hand in hand samara. Muscle tears ki rest avasaram. Ayinaaa sesthamuuu anteee moderate or light weights seyyi.
