fats thinte fat karukuntundhi anta.. correct?

fats like mutton, eggs, ghee.. I mean high fat foods with no carbs.. ela chesthe weight loss ani vinna..

It's true . Healthy fat diet + low carb will burn your body fat 

It's called keto diet ,plenty of guides out there if you wish to follow
