just noticed you got type1 its little chronic but don't worry and follow medication asap(insulin). don't panic, stress will make this bad... just follow simple changes below don't plan for aggres

These things might help in your case:   1. Walk 3-4 miles every day this spring and summer. 2.Cut down carbs significantly. 3.Avoid refined sugars. 4. Eat small frequent meals

My thyroid is at 7 now  :( but t4 at 1.28

 

H1B1c 6.1  average sugar is 128..

what about insulin levels in this case? Insulin levels go high too in blood?

my hb1c came down to 5.7 and spiked to 6.0. My TSH is now at 17.30.. it was 4.2 last blood work 6 months ago. Hypothyroid.
