Enlighten me with the difference

Hinduism or Hindu religion never taught anything to be followed...it's the caste hierarchy and society framed the rules of good living for an organized community.

If Hinduism as a religion framed rules to be followed, we would have a quite similar culture, common language, gods, habits, and lot more relevant characteristics across what it is India today but the only common thing that is common is caste hierarchy based in the profession.

For Eg: A muslim  in anywhere in the world have few common principles like the way they pray, kind of food they eat, beleifs etc. because the muslim society is driven by the principles of Islam. Whereas Hinduism does not have any such principles...good living and organized society where it has place for personal beleifs.

Hindutva Is a word emerged recently with political combination

Hinduism Is the indo aryan philosophy of god and life style

In hinduism there was caste hierarchy to segregate work

but it was hijacked by some top caste to maintain superiority on other castes so hinduism lost its flavor

Not from other religions

it created divisions in its own religion

If you read it you will get surprised

There are many versions of Manusmriti with inconsistencies and contradictory statements. It became popular when British used it for Hindu Law. There are over 50 versions of Manusmriti and no one has the original text. You'll find many such texts in Hinduism as we have several consistent traditions for thousands of years.

lokānāṃ tu vivṛddhyarthaṃ mukhabāhūrupādataḥ |
brāhmaṇaṃ kṣatriyaṃ vaiśyaṃ śūdraṃ ca niravartayat || 31 ||

नोद्वहेत् कपिलां कन्यां नाधिकाङ्गीं न रोगिणीम् ।
