life style ni 360 degrees turn kottipiyi....shokulu bandh chey...lazyness ki shubham card eseyu..poddugala ratri 30 mins exercise chey...and more than anything else, try to read and understand how blood sugar works, factors affecting the sugar levels, causes, treatment etc.

On a serious note, entha awareness vunte antha manchidi...everybody behaves differently so listen to your body, keep a track of what you eat and how you exercise, check blood sugar levels each week and spend an hour a week to analyse what all you did in the week and compare the sugar levels...

Stop eating sugar and starch 

eat protein and fiber which will fill you up 

daily some kind of physical activity is a must 

closely monitor your glucose levels with the help of a blood glucose monitoring machine

Bayya I started in new year with strict intermittent fasting came 5.2 from 7 .2 h1c abc

bro share u r diet plan. i am already following IF from last month but only on weekdays and it is just normal intlo vande rice and curries.

6.5 is very slight elevation buddy . Nothing to worry about.

 

Measures:

Diet Quantity:

1.DON'T EAT if you are not HUNGRY

2. EAT what is necessary.

3. DON'T fill your plate with food. GO for small frequent servings.

Diet Quality:

1. Avoid refined sugar completely for a month. Then slowly introduce back only in products which you relish.  Example: I only use sugar for tea. 

2. Avoid all sweets for couple of weeks. Then eat once in a while. 

3. Cut down rice. Increase quantity of veggies.

4. Snack on nuts in between meals. This lead to less consumption of regular food.

5. Cut down beer. Can have hard liqour on social basis.

6. Keep yourself hydrated.

Exercise:

1. Start walking 3 m-4 miles every day.

2. Can introduce cardio if you could. Other wise keep doing step 1.

Already thread lo share chesamu bro

Just started with two meals keto 18 6 gradually taken it to one meal a day some meat with brocoli and cucumber veggies etc no rice may be three weeks  ki oka sari cheat chese vani keto or normal diet with intermittent fast will help bro good luck

Small meals number of times Na valla kadu bro. I like intermittent fasting. Day ki 2 times tintunna from 1 month afternoon 12-1 and eve 5-6. But mostly rice and curries eating,this needs to be changed to low carb diet may be?

my cholesterol also 7.3 and evo pills ichadu.

nadi from past 7 yrs sedentary lifestyle. and weight 99kgs now. First weight taggali. Every yr try chestunna from last 6 yrs start chestha diet oka 1 month or 1.5 month then again back to zero and drinking alcohol, non veg and biryanis on weekends. 
anni diets try chesa. It’s high time now edo okati cheyali.

Keto tried bro for couple of months 5 yrs back. Na valla kadu keto. Low carb is better for me and lifestyle lo include chesukovachu.

Exercise chey daily 1hr and cut rice and eat oats/quinoa and eat early dinner 06:00 PM and get sound sleep for 6-7 hrs. Keto diet lu em work out avvavy. Follow this for 3 months all set
