keep 50% cash and invest rest in an index funds like VOO, SPY and just forget for 5 yrs, when stocks falls buy more with the rest 50%

Use it as a down payment on a 400-500K home if the rent will cover the monthly mortgage payment… workout the numbers.. 

or just invest in SP500… or standard stocks… but spread it out…

Lot of people give investment advice..but I will tell one thing, invest in travel. Ee age lo dachali gatra cheptaru...but youth lo unnappudu enjoy chese life ki musalodu ayyaka enjoy chese life ki chala teda undi. Don't fret too much on conservative middle class life, a good career is fine enough tk take care of all that

Depends on your age, risk factor and current other investments and investment goals.

 

General rule of thumb. More risk. More returns. Less risk. Less returns. This is true for markets, example, stocks, bonds, etc.

With interest rate hikes hoa fee taxes etc etc...doesn't cover rent even if it covers the appreciation in a year should be more than these all fee every year....antha calculate cheste migiledi bogge
