Morning star lo 950k is useless, my friend bought a brand new home last November for 570k. Yes it was 6 months back but the prices did not double.

I am in Caballo ranch, PM your number. There are some houses in the market that will get you a better location for that price.

Commute from Morning Star is not easy even to North Austin(Apple, Visa offices) takes 45mins each way if you are lucky.
