Why can judges and journalists go against the government in Pakistan but not in India?

What an illiterate question - how did he even draw a parallel in what happened in Pakistan and here in India?

Ashok Swain is so blissfully unaware of his own idiocy - the fact that you are able to tweet against the current incumbent government in India shows that you are in no danger or fear of being persecuted.

While India is far from being an ideal democracy - we are in no danger of learning lessons from Pakistan.
