Yesterday I went to a sub registrar office in Rajahmundry and there was a powercut, systems shut down.... There were many people waiting and they got pissed off. When we asked if they don't have generator or invertor, they said it was running in invertor mode until now and batteries were drained out.

 

Even in the place I'm staying, there is a 6 hrs power cut every day morning and night combined.
