DR Horton has different classes of homes…not all are entry level quality. Anyway the price of homes will depend on both quality and location. If you find a better builder at same price point go for it…but otherwise should be ok to buy.

Abt lender questions…just ask them clearly. They want your business and will help. I’ve dealt with them in a different state and they have been professional and to the point.
