Vanitha Gets Home, Roja – Tourism, Botsa Gets Education

Earlier in the day, the reconstituted cabinet took oath and some time back AP CM YS Jagan confirmed their portfolios. According to the allotments made, Nagari MLA Roja is the new Tourism, culture and youth advancement minister.

Rajanna Dora Peedika, Budi Mutyala Naidu, Kottu Satyanarayana, K Narayana Swamy and Amzath Basha Shaik Bepari are the new Deputy Chief Ministers with Tribal welfare, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Endowments, Excise and Minority welfare portfolios respectively.

Buggana Rajendranath Reddy who was the finance minister previously, retained the same portfolio along with commercial taxes, Legislative Affairs, Skill Development and training departments.

Botsa Satyanarayana who held Panchayat Raj portfolio is now the education minister while ex-education minister Adimulapu Suresh is given Municipal Administration & Urban Development.

Taneti Vanitha was given Home and Disaster management portfolio and the important Information Technology (IT), Industries, Infrastructure, Investments and Commerce will be handled by Gudivada Amarnath.

Karumuri Venkata Nageswara Rao – Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs

Jogi Ramesh – Housing

Merugu Nagarjuna – Social Welfare

Vidadala Rajini – Health, Family welfare & Medical Education

Ambati Rambabu – Water Resources

Kakani Govardhan Reddy – Agriculture & Cooperation, Marketing, Food Processing

Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy – Energy, Forest, Environment, Science & Technology, Mines & Geology

Gummanur Jayaram – Labour, Employment, Training and Factories

KV Ushasri Charan – Women, Children, Differently abled and Senior Citizens Welfare
