Do you like a little sour taste in food - like lemon on mutton curry?

How many here like to add lemon as topping in their mutton/fish/chicken curry?

how many like their dosas extra fermented (like darker brown in color) giving additional sour taste?

I dont like them at all and surprised so many do like them.
