Can I invest?

No LRS, known person is the broker and he says LRS dosn't matter. Since GP layout the owner is quoting 22K per Sq yard.

HMDA plots unnayi 30+ antunnadu. 

GP layout plot negotiate chesi 18-20 ki invest cheyocha. Please advice bhayya!!

Bro, my i140 is still not filed, its in process now, so no chance of GC in my active lifetime I believe. I might move back to India in the next 3-4 years. I'm working for Infy now, its a very long term project and I'm planning to take manager role in India-Infy. I can build a good villa in 500 yards in future is what i'm thinking. In worst case, I can sell it if I join some other company when I move back and buy house/apartment in west side right.

If I've to buy when I actually move to India then i might have to spend a lot, majority of my savings on home buying itself right.

The broker is a known person, my school friend's brother. They live in that area, they'll help taking care of it .

Is it ok to buy GP layout plot, is what my concern.

Dont trust anyone. Real estate field is filled with nasty crooks. Proceed, only if everything is clear from legal end.

Agreed bro.

But I'm trusting my school friend who work and live in India. If not, I wouldn't even think about buying a plot, rather go for an apartment.

If clean cheyye.. area exploding like anything, u will double in next 2-3years easily
