I don't think being vegetarian matters for Osteoporosis. Is your cousin skinny? Thin and small frame people (combined with sedentary lifestyle) are prone to Osteoporosis. Ma office la Chinese colleague cheppaadu, thin Asian women lo 40-50s nundi idi common problem ani. Ask him to work on increasing the bone density.
