@Sonu_Patel this is one of the risks I mentioned in other thread . Tenant may not even pay rent even after getting evicted . So the landlord basically lost all the rent .daridram 10gi , if he damages the property,  adhi kooda landlord ee barinchali..

Yes but ilanti eviction orders I think tenant laws intha one sided leni places lo raadam easy ne, and once they get that it's considered trespassing to be on property and you can use the stand your ground laws. Not saying that someone should go to the extent of shooting a squatter, that's never okay but even the squatters will be deterred from doing these kind of things in places where there are stronger rental laws. 

CA is a joke, never buy a property here that you don't plan on staying in
