ii neatness, maintenance ani regular topics cheppanu.. Other topics...

As I observed.. doctors were very friendly... they used to council each patient's relative.. (say explain health condition, release bulletin) every day around 8-9 AM and before 3PM..

Security , ward ppl ki ivvakuda lopaliki entry avvalemu... each visit ki samarpinchukovalsindhae...

They say.. Security is imp.. pillalni ethukupotharu, emaina security threats vuntae.. memae answer cheyyali  andhukae thorough checks chesthunnamu antaru.. But on the other side of a coin.. valla jebu thadapakunda lopalaki entry avvadam kashtam..

I have shown few case sheets.. and requested to lemme IN... few guards lemme go inside.. .. few guards.. without filling their pockets.. never lemme In..

Things are never so bad as they have shown in movies and in general perception.

Yeah, there is a negligence factor but imagine the staff need to attend for thousands of patients....although not acceptable but at the same time we should also think of how staff is able to attend to so many patients with meagre resources.

Osmania General Hospital aithe I know every ward...intensive, trauma, accident's, burns, etc..an orthopaedic doctor at Osmania attends to couple of hundred patients in a day...India lo thappa ekada vundadu ie number.

Yeah.. I have seen such cases too.. for a single patient.. some 25 -30 relatives were occupying the outside ward..

It was really tough for security to send them outside.. and allow only 1-2 relative per patient..

Things used to be terrible in old gandhi hospital and dramatically improved after new hospital was built. Efficiency and cleaninless when delivered by leaders leads to improved performance and work ethic by employees.

NIMS has always been great because they charge nominal fee and hence the maintenance is good and also good for consulting complex health issues

Gandhi hospital gurinchi enta cheppina takkuna ne, 85 k patients ni treat chesindru anta pandemics two years lo

Osmania maternity is new facility but migatadi old building and it is stuck between a rock and a hard place as heritage lovers not allowing demolition for a new hospital , last 1 month la 228 stents esi life cesindru anta, basically private la adi 6-10 lack expense ippudu

I have heard great things  about     TIMS at gachibowli
