Prashanth neel is very much successful in showing this kind of stuff.. I feel he is more like puri jagan in portraying heroism.. puri gaadu dialogues tho elevations istaadu veedu ee type scenes tho istunnadu

Yevaru thopu anedi depends on individual...atleast fpr me, I never liked any SSR's movie as a whole except for eega...migulnavanni parts parts ga watchable...haven't even watched BB2 fully...coming to PNeel, I haven't watched his 1st movie ugram but til date watched kgf around 10 times, kgf 2 gave me adrenaline rush similar to George miller's mad max: fury road...

Same opinion.

ssr movies lo naaku common point enti antey 1 yr tharuvatha same movie choosthey bore koduthadi. Bb1/2 naaku appudu ok anipinchayi. Malli tv lo choosthey bore anipinchindi. Samething with shankar movies too. But shankar vi koncham better.

kgf1 release appudu choosa. Malli online tv lo chaala sarlu choosa. Bore anipinchaledhu.

neel is at beginning of career. Even though not a fan of ssr, i will admit ssr is bigger than any other director in india as of now

SSR ki 15 pattindi pan Indian cinema teeyanika..oka 10 cinemalu teesi teesi atarvata baahubali tho all india level ki poindu

Neel second movie ae pan India although it was not supposed to be a pan India neither it was advertised as pan Indian..no fan fare neither publicity..released like any other Kannada movie and went on to become a big hit.

Comparing both of them may not be appropriate as both belong to different generations. SSR created a name for himself and a trademark for his movies, created new markets for regional movies..

Prashant Neel is a modern movie maker…he has future.

Prashant Neel is a trained film maker, even before he started making movies, he was trained to learn how to make movies. SSR saturation point degara Prashant Neel started his career, lot more room to grow.

SSR learnt to make movies, Neel trained to make movies. 

 

Well said. SSR aah raghavendra rao shadow ninchi reaching this stage ante it is a great achievement.
 

He could have easily ended like one those of vv Vinayak or Krshnavamshi category.
