picha confident gaa 3%-5% annav, malli ippudu identi?

Pillalni bhayapettaku mashtaru.

House lo nee existing equity, new appraised value (if applicable), prepayment for points etc. ivanni kalipi rate decide chestaru. refi costs primarily include - closing attorney costs, bank paperpwork, points purchase etc.

Sometimes lender credits untayi. Ivanni kalipi net gaa enta avtondoi choosukuntam, then negotiate for things like - higher lender credits, etc.

End of the day net cost to refi enta, manaki vache savings enta choostaru. Then figure out a breakeven point - say 24 months lo refi costs recover avtayi, there after lower interest valla savings start avtayai etc. If you have plans to sell house in that so called breakeven period - it does not make sense to refi.

5% petti evadaina refi cheste daananta faldoo decision inkokati undadu.

It also varies by state? One of from NJ told me refinance costs a ton for them.

Yes. 0 cost lo chestaru. Suppose interest rate 3.5 unte they increase the rate to 3.75 and do 0 cost refinance . I did more than 5 times
