Checked with cousin and his reply:- One of the brokers suggested us to sell for 1.30 C. he told that is the current price there. In need of money so selling for less.

less endhi bro..construction time lo it was sold for 5k per sqft now selling for 8k..chaala mandhi initial lo thakkuva untaadhi ani theesukoni later resale chesthhunnaruu bhaaga..to make profit...

But its pretty expensive antunna anthe... max 6k per sft pedthunnaruu coz too many apartments around that area..more over chaala mandhi less maintenance monthly unte better ane angle lo looking.

How are property seller receiving money for apartments they are selling in Hyderabad ?

Is the price 1.3 cr all white ? or some percentage black..

 

I think most of the land transactions are 90% black.
