Did concurrent H1B past year for 6 months and resigned due to over stress. Now my date become current. Primary employer ki telidhu itla Covid lo concurrent chesina ani.

now have to file I485. Lawyer aaking docs for prior years, including all I797 and tax filed statements. Do lawyers reveal info back to employers?

Lawyer can mention as concurrent H1B isn't common. Why didn't you tell your employer in first place?

Then you took a big risk. Did you work 40 hours both places and those 40 hours are at same times. Then it's illegal. He can report you.

Bro chill.....

It's your hard work and your money.

Your primary employer getting money from you and you are using your employer to stay in us. Both are getting benefited so tell ur prim employer nicely about other job and if he doesn't accept transfer to other employer  and start 140 asap.

Ask your second employer, he most probably will say, you don't have to reveal abt concurrent h1, unless asked.

For stamping, filing 140 etc.

Is your other concurrent h1b is part time or full time? If it is FT then you better talk to attorney.
