So you are saying Telangana does not have 0.5-1% commision for agricultural land anymore ?  

That rate was there from United Andhra as far as I know and has been constant for almost 15 years now 

 

Inthaku mundu Dharani rakamundu situation cheptha vinu  bro, I got a land registered near Siddipet area, it’s a very small area upto 1.5 acres for which I had to shell out 15,000 for document writer , 5000 for record keeper to get the records, 30,000 for MRO and 10,000 for VRO to get the passbook after 3 months. 45 days used to be mandatory time for mutation. Even after that they took another 45 days.

Sorry it was not MRO back then but Sub Registrar…
