H4 EAD help

Applied for H4 EAD standalone and it's been 6 months. Recently requested for expedite request and got denied.

1) Any suggestions to expedite again ?

2) Also any info on when H4 EAD premium processing will be available ? Some online articles saying H4 EAD premium processing will not be available till 2025 ?

3) I'm planning for India trip. If I go out of country will that affect my H4 EAD processing ?

its not available yet. Antha varaku telusu. Its approved but not implemented yet. Maa attorney next October nundi start chestharu aninidi

1. Tier 2 officer ni adugu, expedite reason financial loss and job pothe insurance poyidi family effect ayyidi ani cheppu. Reject ayyidi but try chei. Ala 1-2 times chesthe atleast nee file chustharu. Maku work ayyindi within 1week lo approval vachindi peak covid wait times lo.

2. No premium processing. Bill undi but eppudu ayido telidu.

3. Ind ki velthe i94 update ayyidi but adhi entha effect ayido naku correct ga telidu. Its better not to travel during any visa processing.

@CuteDesiGal This is first time H4 EAD application. I don't think I can provide insurance loss as reason for expedite request?

Then there is no other way other than to wait... I know people waiting for 8-11 months for renewal...

Do we need to send new I94 even though there is no change to I94 validity date ?

Your application could be treated as abandoned and may be denied. Better not to travel.

Expedite Request Denied, Now What?

If the expedite request is denied, individuals may submit an E-Request in limited situations. For example, an e-request may be submitted if a case is outside of the normal processing time. Once an e-request is submitted, USCIS will send an email to the email address provided with a request ID number and a date when a reply should be expected. USCIS does not always respond on time so it is advised to keep track of all efforts made by the Petitioner for the specific case.

Normal processing time antey ennallu? 180 days?
Business days or calendar days?
