Chiranjeevi Is A Godly Figure: Perni Nani

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is uninterruptedly targeting the YCP government and AP CM YS Jagan over the suicides of tenant farmers in the state. Though he is being trolled by YCP, Pawan is in no mood to back down on attacking YCP.

Reacting to Jana Sena’s criticism, Perni Nani drew some interesting comparisons between Pawan and Megastar Chiranjeevi. “Pawan established Jana Sena at the behest of Chandrababu Naidu. Pawan wants the downfall of Jagan and upswing of TDP chief. This is Jana Sena’s true intentions and there are multiple incidents to prove them,” said Perni Nani.

The former cinematography minister added that Chiranjeevi tried to serve the people with Praja Rajyam but he failed to win the confidence of the people. “Chiranjeevi garu is a godly personality. There was honesty in Chiranjeevi garu’s approach. He put in his sincere efforts in politics but somehow it did not connect well. He joined the Congress and did abide by the party’s decision to bifurcate the state. Post bifurcation, he quit politics and is doing what he is good at,” said Nani.

But Pawan is unlike Chiru, added Nani. “There is absolutely no comparison between Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. Since Pawan is a cinema actor, whatever he talks instantly grabs the attention but for us, we are used to his rant all the time,” commented Perni Nani.

During the ticket pricing row in AP, Megastar continuously reached out to Perni Nani who was then the cinematography minister. In fact Nani in a debate with a news channel revealed how Chiru tried to contact him to resolve the ticket price row that had troubled the film industry. Seems like Perni Nani still has high regards for Chiru for being courteous in his approach and that is reflected in his comments.
