Trump he didn't want to be the president but his ego made him run for president and he tried everything he could for people to reject him and similarly Elon didn't want to buy Twitter but his ego made him bid for it and tried everything he could to avoid paying for it, since this is a such a big MA big guys threatened him of the consequences and hence he came back to pay for it anyways.

His ego got him this time, this is a big mistake and will take him down, $1billion in interest payments alone is not going to be fine, all these shenigans of firing people will drive the current and future talent away from his company, also advertisers are going to hold him by his balls
