I said u wont pay the top range for all the salary, brackets untai ani cheppa. 80k or above ki kada top scale ki velledi. Also only 10 states have 7% or more. Most of them have less than that kada.

yes, I might loose on equity but except for last 2 years real estate never appprecited more than 5 percent annually.
