Urban population has high diabetes rate... But rural would be much less till this point.. may be a couple of people in a typical village of 1000 people.

This might change rapidly due to the lifestyle changes in villages

Why is Pakistan so high, their diet is pretty much the same diet that Punjabis follow for the most part right
