Abt South facing…it doesn’t really matter. There are many desis in my community with south facing homes. As long as there is good sunlight in the house, direction doesn’t matter. But use that as a bargaining chip to get a better deal with builder if possible.

Any direction is same . East facing house koni entrance rooms pichi pichiga kattinchukunna I mean vastu lekapote waste . In USA unless you go for custom built you won’t get good vastu house. I have seen my freinds who brought east entrance house with south east entrance and north west kitchens which are not good but our desis for satisfaction they get east facing but with full flaws. So any direction doesn’t matter bro

I am glad I have south facing home. The big advantage I have is I don’t need to clean the lite snow. Morning sun vaste 10 kalla motham clean aipothundi. Ade naa front house valladi alage undi evening ki ice aithundi.

Yep bro. I get lot of sunlight. Mine is corner house and behind one is ranch model. Nothing is blocking my view to hills nor to sun. Feels good
