what they are saying is - 

1. Majority of homes and commercial properties are owned by mega corps. These corps took loans on their stocks to buy properties in cash. Cash tho konte, it circumvents all guards put in place by FED to buy house without job(future paying capacity), Credit rating etc. Amount of stocks that are put in guarantee are always more than loan amount. If stock falls down and reaches loan amounts, banks have all rights to sell those stocks. This triggers stock sell off and real estate sell off too. This causes massive recession. 

2. There are more surplus homes per person now than in 2008. Leander or Frisco okate market kaadu US lo. Still with surplus homes there is bidding because of cash purchases by mega corps. Even companies like Dollar general are in this mess as they tried to make quick buck. Just as an example, Elon Musk's 140bn tsla stocks are with banks as a guarantee on loans he took. He took loans on tsla stock to purchase twitter etc etc. Imagine tsla stock stumbles more. Banks will short tsla for margins. Further pushing tsla stock down. Events like this will trigger massive recession.

3. Chinese companies own 1 in 7 homes and 1 in 2 apartments.  Evergrande debacle is tip of ice burg. This will trigger those house sell off too..

1 failed company is all we need to trigger massive recession. All in all we are f'ed.
