immediate ga after closing countertops , island (kitchen and bathroom) 3rd party vendors tho replace cheyinchatam wise option ? Ala chesaara evaraina?

builder is charging a lot for upgrades and outside we re saving close to 50%

only problem … may be 1 year warranty with builder will be in problem … but outside vendor is giving 2 year warranty …

usually 3rd party cheaper. check one thing - by replacing the countertops - how (or if) it would impact the 1 year warranty period. keep yourself informed anthe.

Did u also count the expenses for removing the existing ones?

i agree builder charges more. But the price is baked into the sale price and so included as part of loan. Also when selling home, u dont have to go through the process of showing expenses for replacing in tax returns
