Mostly they ask you to stay until then find a replacement… that’s the best way to leave from client… and pay vendor gaadu eggodithe labor department ee dikku… client em cheyyaledu

Contracting lo edanna job maanestunte - i will confirm with employer first, inform vendor (cc employer) and within no time inform client. Contract prakaram employer informs vendor and vendor informs client. Kaani day to day life lo client daggara untam kabatti it is good to inform client too. 

As long as you stick to the contract between your employer and vendor you are fine.

1)send a mail to employer saying I am giving 2 week notice and this is my last date. Thanks for the help

2)copy above mail and send to preferred vendor or any middle vendor

3)in slack or teams message client manager saying I am leaving. I can do the needful by this end date. Thanks for help

4)save all time sheets. Until you last day of filled timesheet employer has to pay else labor dept ongopedataru

5)if you have reserve cash with employer luck if you get it else forget

6th golden rule) Stop that bloody addukkovadam business with desi employer and join FT.
