We didn’t visit India for 4 years , our stamped visa is expired 

we have H1b and H4 extension 

but I 94 expired a year ago 

 

what are the consequence ? Should we travel to get new one 

we also renewed passport 

 

should we apply for new I 94

Extension i797 lo vunde i94 is your valid i94. Travel cheyyakapoyina it’s valid. Travel chesthey your i94 will be updated according to your i797
