Take it easy. No one really cares . Keep phone away . Sit for couple of days . Any work should be done.

Straight n simple.  I do sometimes becoz i get distracted easily .

The more you stress out to complete tasks, the worse it becomes.

Take your own time for tasks and make your boss realize that it's not a quick thing to finish.

It's okay if others do the job faster,everyone has their own pace. Your boss may not like it but make him/her get used to it
