Not nanny, she is her daughter-in-law... probably they used marriage to bring her here to do domestic work and treated her like nanny. 
She escaped and filed case 8 years after leaving the home - going by the dates. 

It is very common in muslims - rich muslim men bring poor girts from 2nd/3rd wife from pakistan/bangladesh ...even they know what they are getting into. it is same as what happens to dubai sheikhs taking minor girls from india
